Greg built a thirty-year career of multi-faceted, cross-disciplinary CRE expertise - by design and by intention.

Where most practitioners go deep in a single lane, he went wide and deep across every lane and discipline an independent advisor must command: appraisal, valuation, capital markets, investment banking, investment sales, private equity, debt structuring, distressed workouts, restructurings, and expert testimony.

He began as a state-certified general appraiser in Florida, earned the MAI designation, and appraised hundreds of properties across every asset class while teaching appraisal as a certified instructor and adjunct professor. He moved into investment banking and capital markets, structuring transactions across the full stack: senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and joint venture equity. He spent years in investment sales and capital markets brokerage, worked in private equity on the ownership side, and spent time in distress and workouts, restructuring assets whose original business plan had failed.

He has held production, leadership, and executive positions with Deloitte, Nomura Capital, The Capital Company of America, Wells Fargo, Q10 Capital, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Colliers International, and Lee & Associates. He has completed more than seventy courses through the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM Institute, speaks regularly at regional and national events, and founded the CRE Networking Group in 2020 to bring young professionals into South Florida commercial real estate.

He is an advanced Microsoft Excel architect whose proprietary CRE models reduce complexity while increasing calculation speed and analytical precision. He is also the founder of MasterCRE.com, a global platform for CRE education, training, career resources, and networking.

WHY THE DEPTH AND BREADTH MATTERS

An independent advisor must ...

... understand valuation.

... understand deal and capital structure.

... understand what happens when a deal goes wrong.

... communicate complex finance and structures plainly.

... must build the analyses that drives the decisions.

Greg has formidable, verifiable, and deep appraisal expereince.

He has structured hundreds of transactions across every capital layer.

He has restructured distressed assets and negotiated workouts.

He is a former professor, a certified instructor, and a real-world practitioner.

He builds the models himself.

"Before You Make the Decision ... Get the Independent Opinion."
