2: Scope and Proposal.

A clear, written proposal, engagement, and fee agreement (all-in-one document for efficiency) detailing scope of work, deliverables, timeline, investment, and any ongoing requirements, if required.

No surprises. 

No hidden fees. 

No ambiguity.

3: Engagement and Onboarding.

Execute the proposal, engagement, and fee agreement, collect necessary documents, and begin work. 

For Fractional CFO clients, the full onboarding process can take about 30 days.

4: Delivery and Review.

Deliver the analysis, report, or first monthly deliverable. 

Review together. 

Refine as needed. 

Ensure every deliverable meets the standard you expect.

5: Ongoing Relationship.

For Fractional CFO clients, the monthly cycle continues. 

For Pre-Decision Review, Ad Hoc, and Expert Witness clients, follow-up support is available, and the door to a retainer relationship is always open.
