We place capital with a wide variety of public and private capital sources – from local, regional, and national banks, insurance companies, and CMBS lenders, to private debt and equity from hedge funds, investment companies, Wall Street firms, family offices and other private capital sources.
We can place capital requests ranging from $3 MILLION AND ABOVE, almost all of which is non-recourse. Our years of experience and long-term relationships, along with the depth and breadth of lending sources, allow us to “shop” the most competitive proceeds, pricing, and terms to meet each Client’s individual capital needs.
Our fees are reasonable and competitive in the marketplace and are always less than the benefits our expertise brings in transaction costs savings, essentially translating into “found money” for our Clients.
