This four-story multi-tenant mixed-use retail and office project is located within the heart of the bohemian and eclectic Coconut Grove area of Miami, Florida.  The engagement called for a valuation and assessment of performance metrics for the lender, a national mortgage company that was issuing a loan for which this asset would be the collateral.
