Arranged a $6,000,000 senior mortgage on this “Class-A” retail showroom property located at the gateway to Miami’s Design District in Miami, Florida.  The property was 100 percent occupied by national home furnishing retailers, all on triple-net leases with corporate guarantees.  This cash-out re-finance allowed the borrower/sponsor to acquire additional income-producing real estate properties for their investment portfolio, which was also leveraged with structured debt capital.
