This is another large Planned Urban Development (PUD) located in the western suburbs of Miami-Dade County, and in an area that would later be chartered as the Municipality of Doral. It involved a section of land (640 acres) being developed by the Lennar Corporation. The assignment involved analyzing the existing inventory, which included a golf course, single-family homes, multi-family sites, and various commercial work-in-progress, and assigning valuation and marketability metrics to each component.
