This one-story multi-tenant retail project is located immediately south of the Shoppes at Mayfair, a very successful mixed-use retail, hospitality, and office development located within the heart of the Coconut Grove area of Miami, Florida.  The engagement called for a valuation and assessment of performance metrics for the mortgagee, a national lender that was making a loan for which this asset would be the collateral.
